We’re excited to share the latest version of Infor CRM SLX (v10) released in January 2026.

Version 10.0.0 delivers meaningful upgrades in Artificial Intelligence, analytics and dashboards, and email marketing integration, along with a host of performance and usability improvements throughout the product.

Key Updates in v10.0.0

While there are many updates to CRM with v10.0.0, below are some key updates we believe will make a difference in how you leverage CRM today.  

AI Enhancements

AI Assistant - The AI Assistant allows users to enter natural language prompts to retrieve information from CRM and generate actionable outputs, including the ability to create groups based on results.

AI Summary Tab - Available on accounts, contacts, campaigns, and tickets, this view offers:

  • AI-generated summaries of activities and history
  • Recommended actions (e.g., schedule a follow-up, draft an email)
  • New engagement and sentiment scoring on accounts

AI Newsfeed - An AI-generated news feed delivers timely account-relevant insights tied to CRM records.

Dashboards and Widgets

Widget panels can be displayed on record detail views, allowing contextual KPIs and widgets to appear alongside account, opportunity, or other record information.

Widgets can be contextual, showing data relative to the record or filtered list you’re viewing

Custom KPI widgets now available including:

  • Comparison - compare two values side-by-side
  • Single KPI - spotlight a key metric
  • Stacked KPI - display two related values in one view
  • New and updated widget settings are now available including size of the widget, color and border.  

OCM Email Marketing Integration

If your organization uses the Infor Omni-Channel Campaign Management (OCM) Email Marketing integration, v10 brings email campaign capabilities into CRM.

  • Create email campaign tasks directly in Infor CRM

  • Use the OCM Email Content Editor and Content Master to build templates
  • Launch campaigns from CRM and view results at the task or audience level

Note: OCM Marketing integration is separate from Infor CRM.
