Celebrating Dan Patterson’s Contributions to fivestar* and His Next Chapter at Ingage Partners

After several impactful years leading Simplesoft CRM Solutions at fivestar*, Dan Patterson, VP of CRM Delivery, is transitioning to a new role at Ingage Partners, a fellow Revision Collective company.

Throughout his time at fivestar*, Dan has helped guide the CRM team through significant organizational and industry changes while maintaining a strong commitment to clients, quality service, and the people behind the work.

Among his accomplishments was the introduction of a standardized support and maintenance subscription model in 2024, an offering that continues to provide value to clients today. Dan also played an important role in strengthening the team’s collaborative culture, even as the organization transitioned to a predominantly remote working environment.

Reflecting on his time at fivestar*, Dan shared:

As Dan prepares for his next chapter, Damian Bolton has stepped into the CRM Director role, helping ensure continuity for the team and the clients they serve.
